Commit holds you accountable to your fitness goals by allowing you to commit money to them. You can track your steps, exercise minutes, and active calories on a weekly basis.

When you create a goal, Commit places a hold on your card for the amount you choose. We do not charge your card. In fact, you are never charged, unless you fail the goal that you created. If something comes up, you can cancel your goal at anytime without being charged as well.

Commit uses data from the Apple Health app to monitor your goals. We show you your daily and weekly progress, so that you can see how your goals are progressing and make sure youre staying on track.
